Trump said “payments start August 1st”

At face level, this might seem like a stimulus check, but in my opinion, he’s referring to bank payments swapping from the legacy banking system to cryptocurrency.

I’m assuming it’s an allusion for XRP having massive price action. 

Not sure, but big money is coming either way, I think.
