@el_cazador_2 @realitybytez @Budgetdog_ If they are netting $1million I’m guessing they bought it in the mid to low $100ks. House should be worth $300k accounting for inflation. But thanks to low housing stock it’s probably selling for 1.5mill. But hey, we should all stop buying avocado toast.
