Core devs are literally getting flack in Bitcoin because of their spam update. Hence we are seeing people move away from core to knots. 

Bitcoin NEEDs to hard fork at some point because it’s not quantum resistant. It also may need to do it if the security budget becomes concerning. 

So in reality Bitcoin devs sitting back and chilling is exactly how you let Bitcoin suffer. Not thrive. 

Scrambling is subjective. In Kaspa at least it’s adapting to meet users expectations to be convenient for all.
