They'd rather have the team stay the way it is, which is an utter failure and has been for many years, than admit what he is saying and doing is necessary. We all advocate for the cultural shift within the team. No one said it was going to be pretty or agreeable. I hope people will look past their agenda driven mindsets and see the bigger picture.
