@DannyDayan5 The Fed created this historic bubble with QE since 2009, and doubled down in 2020!  Despite hiking cycle in 2022 with inflation rising to e Fed continued providing liquidity to the banking failures.  Affordability must come from prices to int rates, as not everyone has a loan!
