Right now, 503B pharmacies can only compound GLP-1s like sema/tirz if the FDA declares an official shortage.

What needs to be greenlit is new FDA guidance, HHS policy, or an Executive Order that allows 503Bs to compound regardless of shortages.

That would remove the legal gray area and open the door to mass production.
