I want all cadres of CPI - Maoist to surrender & enter mainstream. However, they also have a v. flexible & adaptive org. Often the counter to tech. is to go low tech. in one of their recent internal circulars by the polit bureau they've instructed their leaders to hide until the difficult times as they put it pass.
Full eradication of armed insurgency can only be achieved through armed police action & sociopolitical upliftment of the indigenous masses.
