They do not have a commercial partnership with Lucid. Can this help the company? Most definitely, but this ties back to one of the problems this company has had and is a recurring theme in the critical minerals industry: the bait and switch instead of being honest and upfront with retail investors. The company purchased a rather simplified black mass processing patent that they coupled with precursor cathode active material (pCAM) production. This platform has potential through licensing and EaaS, but they made the mistake of outsourcing everything except their propaganda and now are basically starting over. So this is a very positive step forward, but it is not what they are trying to market it as. I had hopes the company, after the last CEO Zarko left, had moved past this kind of behavior. I guess not.
