I am pounded the table on the softwood lumber duty assets for lumber producers in Canada for some time now. 

Tomorrow is a major catalyst for lumber producers as the official rates are set for duties. Two out comes are possible

1) Duty rates are higher

2) Duty Rates are lower

If rates are higher than anticipated Interfor's North American production (50% in US South) becomes even more valuable. 

If rates are lower than expected Canadian production becomes more attractive. 

Either way it is a catalyst for what I think will be a fairly strong 2H 2025 for lumber.
