I referenced about five studies so let me know which one and I can do a more detailed breakdown. But to summarize them altogether

- we know which taxa we need
- we know what pH we roughly need to have those 
- carnivore, since it lacks fiber, will be at a much higher pH
- higher pH will mean more proteolytic taxa
- fiber is needed to bring ph down
