The Michigan co-op wasn’t shut down for selling unsafe food.
It was over paperwork.

No one was harmed. No illnesses were reported.
But the state still forced them to destroy $XXXXXX worth of clean, nutrient-rich food.

That doesn’t seem like protection.
It seems like waste.
