The reason SO MANY fat MFs fail to lose weight when they try:

They keep attempting to eat the same foods they’ve been eating but smaller portions

IF you can do this, it’ll result in weight loss

But here’s the issue:

Most fat MFs are eating out often m

Those types of foods tend to be lathered in oils

There is often minimal satiety benefit provided by those types of foods unless you consume a largeeeee amount (which is of course accompanied by a shitton of calories thanks to the ingredients used)

Hence the “IF”

You might be able to just reduce portion sizes for a period of time but eventually the absence of satiety will catch up with you!

All that said, cooking at home MUCH OF THE TIME is going to NEED to be the play by anyone looking to lose weight in a sustainable manner because it’ll bring down total calories while ensuring food choices are voluminous enough/nutritious enough to promote satiety
