How Does Novastro Work?

To pull this off, Novastro built a two-part infrastructure:

X. DTC: Digital Twin Container

Think of this as the smart contract engine. It handles:

- Tokenization of RWAs
- Distribution of yields/rewards
- Governance logic

Basically, it’s the “on-chain brain” of every asset.

X. SPV: Special Purpose Vehicle

It handles the legal layer and ensures:

- Each asset is backed by a legally recognized entity
- You’re protected from liability
- Full compliance with local/global regulations

Together, DTC + SPV = a bulletproof framework for RWA adoption.
