The entire insurance process, from underwriting (LTV12 model), to sales (AI bot Mia), to customer service (AI bot Mia), to fraud detection (AI Bot Jim), to claims filing and payout (AI bot Jim), to HR (AI Bot Cooper) is automatable without a human in the loop. Lemonade already automates every part within its ontology, and is working towards being XXX% AI automated and "infinitely scalable". Even continuing to build products, complete regulatory filings and launch in new regions is being automated by Lemonade with an AI (LoCo).
