A Historic Milestone Achieved!

We’re delighted to share that SBI has successfully completed India’s largest-ever QIP of ₹25,000 crore, marked by a memorable Bell Ringing Ceremony held today at NSE, Mumbai.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri C. S. Setty, Chairman, SBI, Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD & CEO, NSE and other senior dignitaries.

The QIP received an overwhelming response — oversubscribed XXX times — with XXXX% demand from global investors and strong participation from marquee long-term investors.

This landmark achievement reflects the unwavering trust in SBI’s vision and the strength of India’s banking sector.
