fine business. i look at it from time to time. monopoliesque, XX% ROCE, growing GDP++, slowly (slowwwly) getting better at shareholder returns (pushed by SOE policy). 

NI no yet back to 2019 levels but will get there. Shareolders are customers, and they are all losing money, so things have to move at certain pace. 

If was managing usd20bn with XX year timeframes, sure I'd put some here at 15x PE and forget.
