Ok I gotta jump in here.

X. Ripple is applying for a trust bank. Very different than a digital asset depository institution (what Telcoin has). Ripple cannot take customer deposits.

X. Under Nebraska’s federal interstate banking framework, the provision leverages “existing federal interstate banking structures” IE - how local Nebraska banks’ customers can operate in other states (they don’t have to live in Nebraska).  

This is key because Telcoin will have a depository bank, circumventing the need to be registered in XX states under banking law rather than having to get money transition licensing.

Furthermore, telcoin’s joint custodial wallet (Telcoin holds a key, the user holds a key) gives Telcoin the leverage to make the argument they never are in custody of customer funds fully - meaning they don’t need to apply for money transmission licensing.
