It's much easier and more efficient to just make their sub fund a jointly developed game and take all the risk. Why let value leak out to outsiders? There are many ways to legally abuse GRVY. SC has not taken a stake in the sub despite the trapped value. If they intended to unlock any value to GRVY, you'd think they would take some position to benefit there too.
