$SOFI makes points available instantly and doesn't do this. I literally said in the post that the rewards make it more than worth it and pointed out exactly why it's beneficial and makes sense for the company. From what I said, I'm not sure where you see "harsh criticism" as I said multiple times that the rewards more than compensate for it for card holders.
