It also tells me that the universal tariff isn't going to be XX% on countries that dont make a deal like it is now. XX% with the USA having open access and zero tarrifs seems to be the new bottom. UK got the best deal because they were 1st to work with Trump. These last few are good for us and other countries but not as good as the UK deal.
