Cancelling wasteful spending is in his control unless Congress specifically funded the specific thing (which they have not since they failed to pass a budget) the DOJ is finding real crime (unlike the contrived things he got charged with) the police is not secret you are not entitled to know their individual identities troops are sent into jurisdictions where Federal agents are under real threat of harm for doing their jobs.
