Here’s what I can share: -Our strategy with this motion to dismiss was successful: our goal was to narrow the claims and that’s exactly what the judge did -We don’t expect this lawsuit will have a real impact on the company and continue to expect this case will be resolved before trial A lot of similar cases have been brought the last few years in Delaware, these troll cases are such a waste. Crazy that someone with XX shares can bring a case like this (~550M total outstanding ACHR shares). My team will file an 8-K later this week sharing more details.
