Heres what I can share: -Our strategy with this motion to dismiss was successful: our goal was to narrow the claims and thats exactly what the judge did -We dont expect this lawsuit will have a real impact on the company and continue to expect this case will be resolved before trial A lot of similar cases have been brought the last few years in Delaware these troll cases are such a waste.
