The Appellate Tribunal upheld the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) attachment of properties belonging to former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar in a money laundering case linked to the Videocon loan scandal. 

The case stems from a January 22, 2019 CBI FIR alleging conspiracy and cheating in loans worth ₹1,730 crore sanctioned to Videocon Group between 2009 and 2011.
