meal prep done for the week 🧑‍🍳

X big cups of brown rice
1kg chicken breast
500g mixed veggies
XX eggs
salt, white pepper, sesame oil, light and dark soy sauce

I do meal prep every week so that I can focus more on my work rather than taking the extra time to head out to eat.
