***CUTTING MEAL PLAN***

Meal 1:
- X whole eggs 
- X pieces of toast
- X Greek yogurts

Meal 2:
- X ounces of chicken breast
- X servings of vegetables

Meal 3:
- X ounces of 93/7 Ground Beef
- X cup of rice

Meal 4:
- Ninja Creami Blend

Total calories: ~2,200
Total protein: ~200g
Total carbs: ~215g
Total fats: ~60g

This is an example of a BASE STRUCTURE/FRAMEWORK I’d lay out for myself for a cut. I typically do not even attempt to adhere to this exactly as written but I usually put it in place to β€œguardrail” me. 

I almost always add higher calorie days/meals to a base structure like this and then use an elevated step count to provide a margin of safety/drive a sustained calorie deficit.

There are also misc calories that trickle in from things like LMNT, Reign, & condiments on occasion.
