Perseus $PRU $PRU.AX paid A$250m for OreCorp and effectively XX% of Nyanzaga just over a year ago.
Since then gold prices are up US$1k / ~50% and the deal looks like a masterstroke.
On my back of envelope calcs at today’s prices I have an XX% interest pegged at A$1.7B NAV even at a XX% discount rate. 
Construction is underway and first pour scheduled in 18mths.
