"$BHP produce 260mtpa iron ore of which 150mt goes directly to China. That is XX% of the 1.2Btpa China import and X% of the seaborne market. So where the heck does this 150mt gap get filled $FMG already ship 85%+ so very limited upside. $RIO is already flat out. Hancock already XXX% China. $MIN would be marginal. $VALE can probably fill this gap the most but even then probably max 30mtpa and increased haulage costs from Brazil come into account. Essentially saying it wouldnt be feasible for the Chinese to implement a full structural ban they wouldnt be able to fill the gap left behind from"
