With this Act, from now on there will be stricter reqs. around stablecoins that assure whenever $USDC or other stablecoins are minted, they are backed by a real dollar or US Treasury bill held in reserve. In short, this will increase total global demand for $USD assets & embeds (forces) the dollar into the base layer of the new digital economy.
