@JakeGagain @brian_armstrong @coinbase @jessepollak @iampaulgrewal Great question Jake. FDIC insurance is the answer I think.. If Circle can get it and stays partners with Coinbase, they become the new JPMorgan Chase.
Circle=JPMorgan - issues USDC and handles the financial rails
Coinbase=Chase - consumer-facing apps and services on top
