In September of 2024 people were telling me not to buy a house.

They were telling me to wait for Donald Trump to lower interest rates and make housing more affordable.

Since then interest rates have gone up and home prices have stayed flat or increased.

Moral of the story: do what’s best for you. don’t listen to people trying to predict the market.
