if ''it's gone up for XX years'' is a dumb argument, ok fine but people say the same for real estate, SPX, gold etc. All ponzis.

I notice that being smart has little to do with making money. In fact being too smart makes you aware of all the risks and paralyses you. 

It's all about having the balls to go for it.
