@GlennLuk @robin_j_brooks Supply isn't, but smart phones are fungible so if you had smart phones that were destined for the US, you can sell them to Croatia by changing firmware.  This isn't true for tuna boats.  @robin_j_brooks economic model is wrong, but I am trying to figure out *why*  it is wrong.
