While stopping terror financing is critical, this could morph into another surveillance tool strangling crypto innovation. Remember Biden’s regulatory overreach nearly killed U.S. crypto leadership.

Trump’s Executive Order on Digital Assets already balances security with growth, proving America can lead without suffocating tech. If this bill actually cuts red tape instead of adding it, great.
