Looking at $OMF (OneMain), here’s what stood out:

- Management issues - not necessarily bad intent, but many say leadership feels unfocused or out of touch. If enough people say it, the perception matters.

- Micromanagement - comes up a lot. It may reflect pressure to hit targets.

- In-house tech - not great. Lines up with what we already know: old school practices, slow to innovate vs peers.

- High targets - several reviewers mention loan goals leading to less customer-friendly outcomes.
