Update from just now: After the jury left, the defense brought this up to Judge Failla and suggested they move for a mistrial.

The government says it has another witness, Mr. George, who will testify about the funds being linked to Tornado Cash.

Government also says they filed a supplemental disclosure yesterday about the connection, which the defense says it will review. 

Failla reprimanded both sides for not communicating with one another.
