Along the same lines CNBC reports that 

The Invesco S&P XXX High Beta ETF ( $SPHB) on Monday hit a new intraday all-time high going back to its inception in 2011. 

Stocks leading the ETF include Albemarle, Super Micro, ON Semi, Teradyne, CrowdStrike, Deckers, Freeport McMoRan. All are up more than 2%.
