Yes, under the current legal framework in India, daughters do have equal rights in HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) property.

As per the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005:

X. A daughter becomes a coparcener in the HUF by birth, just like a son.
X. She has equal rights, liabilities, and responsibilities in HUF property.
X. She can demand partition, become a Karta (head of HUF) if she is the eldest coparcener, and inherit ancestral property.
X. This applies even if she is married.
