Hearing the CEO talk with the Verge editor on youtube made me doubt them a bit. Verge guy mentions if they were starting Verge today they would do a tiktok channel mostly and youtube and not focus on text media on their website. Sundar argues that no they wouldn't and that 'text' media websites aren't going anywhere. Some old school thinking here. Text based media websites are totally donezo.
