A few places have opened up since I wrote this. If you find yourself in LA, check out Pijja Palace. In NYC, check out Onion Tree Pizza in the east village. My favorite pizza there is the Masala Margherita. 

There are also some chains like Curry Pizza House or Pizza twist.
