Russia's largest banks are preparing to ask for a bail out from the Kremlin as they are facing a banking crisis from Russians defaulting on their personal and business loans.  Putin plans to bail out all of Russia's banks and industries by printing more money, meaning inflation in Russia is about to get worse very soon.
