@AlphaGamer_sats Powell isn't the reason for XXXX% mortgage rates. It’s the 10yr that drives them & it spiked after his last cut. 

Markets saw the cuts as inflationary, not dovish. 

It seems pretty likely they could respond exactly the same until tariff-based inflation effects are understood.
