I'm happy that you mentioned Carvana CVNA. I'm actually an expert in that area as well. I took a screenshot from our proprietary software; do you notice anything special? I know that sometimes seeing a lot numbers can be daunting. If you look at the bottom left, you can see the AI summary analysis. What specifically happened in 2023? Well, operational cash flow went from negative to positive, free cash flow went from negative to positive, and net income went from negative to positive. If you apply this to companies like Tesla, Palantir, AMD, etc., you'll find a consistent theme because these are the numbers that Wall Street uses to inform their intrinsic value calculation models. That's why Carvana performed well. The problem is, if you look at Opendoor, you don't see these positive metrics. Opendoor still has negative operational cash flow, negative free cash flow, and negative net income. Hopefully, that helps.
