Sure, it's fair to lay some blame at the feet of investors, but toxic cultures are ubiquitous across tech and, yes, even at VC firms. (Ask me how I know.) At some point all enterprises--startups, VC firms, Fortune500 cos--must take accountability for toxic practices and execs and root them out.
