@TobaccoVanguard You could be right, TV....but the numbers don't lie.  

I think the fact that $MO and Willard went so strongly for Juul/Cronos confirms that they needed to move.

What the screwup shows is that they needed to do it WISELY, which they did not.  They rushed in and paid too much.
