Capital is not a bottleneck. In the past year or so $nio raised ~$4bn thru local gov-backed injections, equity sales (Abu Dhabi & co), and debt restructuring.

At ~$500k-1m per station capex, XXXXX stations = ~$500m-$1bn, not unmanageable when co-funded by eg EU Green Deal/local govs, w/ var. cost offset at relatively low utilization of ~60 swaps a day, and -you’re right - potentially monetized later via spinouts or infra asset sales. 

Doesn’t sound that terrible to me?
