"Im liking this simple little turnaround in a not-too-hard-to understand cash-generative business at a cyclical low. $leg is a durable components maker with deep vertical integration. Im watching cnet debt / trm adj. ebitda closely - must stay below the XXX covenant - it was tight in June; now its not. After the Aerospace sale for $XXX m after-tax pro-forma leverage drops to XXX which is a meaningful cushion. Other than that fly in the ointment the business is easy to understand: #1 integrated bedding components supplier at a cyclical low; restructuring mostly in the bag; balance sheet healing"
