@antonykh1218 I think $MO was behind the attempts to consider a merger, not $PM.  A way to dilute the Juul disaster, it was a Willard Hail Mary.

They also bought back IQOS rights probably because they realized that faster smoking declines gave $MO conflicts of interest in marketing IQOS.
