Do what I did when I pioneering e-signatures:

Have a team of smart folks that know software on chat, on demand that can help FOR real

That are smart and good.

Not tell me to wait 24-48 hours for help from an email address.

I started with X of them.  All day long, they solved customer issues and were wicked smart (but not trained engineers).
