About XX% of staked $EWT is back in the new pools that started this reward period.

EXPECTED column is the last fully active day of the expired pools (RP 576). 
With the new reward structure we're expecting an APY of about XX% if the same number of $EWT re-enters the new pools.   

It will probably take a week or two for all node runners to switch pools and the APY to stabilize.
